 whats a good recipe for vegan vanilla cake icing? my friends b day is coming up and shes vegan as well (yay vegans) and im baking a cake for her. i have different recipes for vegan icing but i want some tried and true recipes. give me something you have tried and LOVED. im going to do a run through first to test it out anyway. this is something crazy for me because things like cake icing keep me from being 100% vegan : ( Vegan Fluffy Vanilla Frosting 1 Cup Earth Balance Margarine Whip the margarine together with the other ingredients until light and fluffy.
